Built, developed, and managed a specialty district that called on all the teaching institutions/IDN’s, bariatric surgeons, endocrinologists, cardiologist, in the State of TN and SW VA. Developed KOL’s, key accounts – c-suites and employers. Result - finished #1 for COE in 2017.
Complex Market Understanding to Execute Regional & National Sales Plans; Cross-collaboration
Worked as a national analyst with Astra Zeneca with sales operations in headquarters for approximately 2.5 years. Worked collaboratively with marketing and sales for strategic marketing, tactical sales and key account management initiatives on a national level. Products supported included Oncology, hospital, and primary care brands. Result – enhanced skill sets with Strategic Planning & Marketing.
Market and Advocacy Development
Partnered with State government affairs and National Account Executive to secure formulary wins with the State of TN and HCA. Additionally, negotiated wins with University of TN and Volkswagen USA calling on c-suites to add product to formulary for their employees. Result – access and increased sales and profits.
